It is NOT 77" long. Very pretty but too short for my use. I'll be ordering another to add to it.

Yes, it says 60% cotton 40%silk. Soft, sheer, and looks like the picture.

No, it’s not cotton or silk but the workmanship and quality is still nice at that price point. I get a lot of compliments when I wear it and it feels nice to the touch.

Q: How hand wash and iron to restore smooth crisp finish?

I don't know as I have not worn mine enough to have it washed. I would probably opt to take to my dry cleaner instead.
