Good quality ladder.It has good stability on multiple surfaces, I live in an apartment with laminate & carpet, this ladder us a great height lifter when decorating my 7' tree and hanging lights, garland etc. Its design is demonstrated thru lifting & transporting, it is comfortable when carried right,ladder weight is balanced evenly to me.i use throughiut my whoke apartment.

I will try to be as honest as possible because I depend on other people's reviews and feel I want to help the best I can: Bought this to replace my heavy wood ladders. I am now 65 years old, and carrying a heavy ladder is harder than it used to be. BUT I still need a heavy duty ladder to hold me and keep me feeling safe and secure due to my fear of heights. These heavy duty fiberglass ladders with aluminum are so easy to move around, and yet feel so safe and heavy duty that it's amazing the difference. There is no give or nudging when using them like what I felt on my wooden ladders. The rating is perfect for the average person. I keep a few different sizes in my barn for household outside projects. I expect this ladder to outlive me by many years. Very strong. It appears to be a high quality product. I have only used it a few months, so I cannot tell how many years it will last, but it is doing exactly what they claim it should do. No problems or complaints. It arrived to me from Amazon safely inside a large HD cardboard box without any damage. Good Luck.

Very well delivered and excellent product

Just the right size. We needed a bigger ladder for areas in the house where a stepstool was not tall enough. Easy to move around and better than bringing in a 6ft ladder for small projects. Great price too.

I only gave it 4 stars because it came unboxed or unwrapped and there were many scratches on the aluminum and glue left everywhere from all the labels taped directly to the frame. It is sturdy but while on the steps I heard few groans from the steps. I only weight 180 lbs so I would be hesitant to recommend this ladder to a lot heavier person.

I’m 70 years old woman and I needed a steady light weight ladder for many projects around the house bit inside and out as I have steps and hills around the house. I find this ladder is so easy for me to move around. Great little ladder and it holds a few things on the top rung.

Felt very safe on top reaching for a beam in my 13’ ceiling. Probably not the safest thing to do by myself but couldn’t have done it without this ladder. Good rubbery feet to keep from shifting, only thing was the very top part isn’t exactly flat because there’s holes/spaces to keep small things like drill bits or whatever, so you can’t really put anything there safely because it might fall inside.

This thing‘s gonna last me two lifetime. It’s super heavy duty a great buy.
