this product is very good. i read a study regarding heart health that used 1 tbsp blueberry powder once a day for 3 months with marked improvement for heart health. it said you can also use 1/2 cup a day of fresh or frozen blueberries. i bought this powdered blueberry product because i am having esophagus issues and the fresh/frozen blueberries irritate it. the powder works well with no esophagus irritation. i just put it into a smoothie and it works great! i started with 1 tsp and worked up to 1 tablespoon. i read somewhere not to consume dairy, yogurt, milk etc, with the blueberries (fresh, frozen, powdered) for full heart health benefit. it blocks the polyphenols or something like that. healthy heart here i come!

I am so happy to have the benefits of wild blueberry without the work and time involved with thawing and blending frozen ones. This powder blends well. I trust it. Wish it wasn't so expensive, but I guess it costs to produce.

Grainy from blueberry seeds, but hey this is out of this world HEAVENLY. Great ORGANIC product. Hope you can lower the price though. 🙄

I love the taste of this drink and the convenience of being able to take my wild blueberries with me during travel, but the expense is a bit high
