Ok baking soda is baking soda, but I got it to clean with. Specifically the dishwasher. I came across this recipe to do just that:Make a mixture of 1/4 Cup of Baking Soda, 1/4 Cup of Citric Acid (found here on Amazon), and 10 drops of lemon oil (I used orange oil). Mix well…And dump it in your dishwasher. Start your dishwasher as normal and let it run for 2-5 minutes. Pause your cleaning cycle and let sit for at least 4 hours. Then resume the washing cycle and allow it to finish.Oh yeah!! That worked great! Its cleaning like a new machine again!

This is high quality baking soda...there us no alluminum, its fine as if ut was sifted....I won't put regular baking soda in anything I bake or eat or put on my skin! Alluminum is know to contribute to Alzheimer's !

At first I was really happy to find aluminum free baking soda. Then, I found out that all baking soda is aluminum free if the ingredients say 100% sodium bicarbonate. It's baking powder that may have aluminum in it. Labeling baking soda as aluminum free is a marketing plot for ignorant people like me.
