The nodes keep coming off, and there’s nothing you can do to fix it, despite the one-year warranty.I tried reaching out to their customer care, but their responses were next to useless. I even sent them a video of the issue, and their “solution” was to just put the node back in—like, seriously? That’s not a fix!For the price, this product isn’t worth it. You’ll end up replacing it sooner than expected, so better to invest in something more durable. Wouldn’t recommend.
