Found this tea and my mom loved it and easy to prepare. Just open packet and add hot water and stir and I admit it was wonderful.

First, let me say that I love the QuickTime teas ... but this one, Pumpkin Spice, has almost no flavor. It was so disappointing as I purchased it for someone who loves that flavor profile. Purchase the Masala or Cardimon instead as you will be much happier. ALSO ... I'm not sure what's happened with Amazon shipping lately?? I keep getting products that are totally banged up .... they are thrown in bags or don't have enough packing inside to keep from shifting and bouncing inside during transit.

I purchased the Pumpkin Spiced Marsala and also vegan Marsala. They both taste the same and it's not a good taste. Very disappointed and unable to return. They were so bad, I threw them away.

This is awesome all on its own, but when mixed with coffee it is a whole different animal. I've already ordered two more boxes.

I love the cardamom flavor and im a PSL girl and this was disappointing. It wasn't completely unpalatable but the flavor wasn't pumpkin or chai. The powder has a hard time dissolving too, so I always had a bunch of sludge at the bottom of my cup with this flavor.
