I was really looking forward to read this book as the description and reviews seemed pretty good. The font of this book is very tiny, unreadable unless you have good reading glasses or a magnifying glass. Also, the content is not at all for herbal remedies/recipes you can make at home..... it takes ingredients taht you cannot find. Not recommended.

Wowzers is this book enough to change history! What a fabulous mix of Stephen Harrod Buhner's superb Medical, Scientific, Herbal, empathic and clinical skills. He is truly a Master! I have delved into this book which has around +100 pages on the whole CV 19 mess (and more on the Flu, Lyme Disease, post infection fatigue, SARS, etc.). He makes recommendations for the Post Covid symptoms that are worth MANY times the cost of this book. ('Long Haul' issues, etc.) His empathy and scientific understanding make this work CLASSIC to come. NOTHING else I have read in +100's of hours of researching herbal remedies can come close for the clear, concise information from a Herbal, Allopathic (traditional/scientific), clinical and PRACTICAL point of view. His remedy recipes range from applications for mild to severe symptoms. Having applied some, I am continuing to find deeper and deeper uses for the extensive and profound help in this book. None of the other dozens of books I have on Herbal Antimicrobials/Antivirus/Antibacterial/Antifungal can compare! His books (and THIS ONE) excel for ease of reading, fun to learn from and USEFUL. His Research Bibliography is incredible and his 35+ years of clinical application come through time after time. So he is not superficial as so many herbal books have tended to be. I can use my allopathic training and clinical experience and integrate it with what he has found in such confident ways. i.e. Sections on SPECIFIC Herbs and their application to specific illnesses and symptoms are such a GIFT! I have spent hours and hours chasing after small bits of deeper medically applicable information like to which he has put all in one book! Literally! Bless Stephen for another ground breaking book on the EDGE. (And for the /Scientific/Quantum/Shamanic levels he is so good at- I found another of his books epic: The Secret Teachings of Plants.) He understands things about the QUANTUM levels of biological AND botanical function! BLISS! And he has a sense of humour!

What a shame this book is missing 30 pages and has a complete double of chapter 7! Pretty annoying to say the least tbh
