They work as expected on days that I need them.

These pills have an ingredient I cant take so Im not able to write a review on the effectiveness of working as a water pill. I see it as a decent supplement for potassium but I dont see anything in it that would ease water retention.

Started to lose 1lb a day

I can definitely tell the difference after taking these supplements--at least in my case, they do seem to promote water weight loss. I will keep taking them and report back if that changes.The list of ingredients is impressive--green tea extract, B6, apple cider vinegar, cranberry fruit powder, etc.My ONLY complaint is the use of BOVINE gelatin. I am guessing that all of the other ingredients are vegan or vegetarian. I would think that YouFit Nutrition would be well served by switching that one "other ingredient" for a vegan/vegetarian ingredient. I'm pretty sure that can be done with no effect on the efficacy of the product.Other than that, I would say this product is definitely worth a try if you want to keep the water weight down. The price seems right too!

... I think any weight loss would only be water, andThats NOT true weight loss..Ill keep workin with it and update..So far celery seed extract ( standardized kind) seems to work better🐈🐈🐈
