This is hands down the most used appliance in our house. We drink a lot, and I mean A LOT, of water in our house and we used to get the five gallon jugs. We are on well water so the taste can be a bit harsh and having the filtered water is nice. This so much easier, less cumbersome and way cheaper than refilling the bottles. Install was a piece of cake. Also, I love having the cold water right there on tap at all times.

The water dispenser is elegant looking and on the compact side. Very sleek and works as intended to. The cold water has 3 level, I keep it on the coldest but that's my preference. I don't really use the hot water but tested it and it comes out steaming. Installation took about 30 to 45 mins. It came with all the hardware and the filters which is great. The filters got to be flushed and that takes a bit longer but important to get that new filter taste out. I took off on star due to the machine being on the louder side when cycling. We have it in the living room and can hear it if nothing is playing on the TV, but kinda got used to it. Not a deal breaker, I would buy it again.

I read the reviews before I purchased of units similar to this one and many people noted that they failed, so I bought a more expensive Brio unit (this one) thinking it would be better quality. I, however naively, thought that it was just a few bad units. It turns out that other reports of failures after a few months aren't isolated incidents and in fact are a problem with all units made by Brio. I reached out to Brio and they sent troubleshooting steps, which didn't work. Then they indicated that if the steps didn't wok to contact Amazon. Since this is outside Amazon's return period there isn't much Amazon can do.On a more positive note the unit looks really nice and when it worked it cooled water exceptionally well.

The sleek design fits well into any space, and the dispenser operates quietly, which is a big plus.However, I noticed that the cooling is a bit slow, and the temperature range could be broader—currently, it offers 176-196°F for hot water and 39-59°F for cold. The touch-only control at the bottom lacks tactile feedback, which can be frustrating when you’re in a hurry. Additionally, the built-in water filters aren’t sufficient for high-quality filtration, so I recommend using it with a Reverse Osmosis System for the best results.Despite these minor drawbacks, this water cooler is still a great choice for anyone looking for convenience and style in their water dispenser.

Unit was leaking coolant when received. Brio sent replacement without hassle. Water only heats to ~190, which is not ideal for coffee/black tea. A bit loud.

I had always used a countertop RO system for hot/room temperature water dispensing, and the thing annoyed me the most is the constant “Wait” for the RO tank to refill if I use more than 16oz at a time. Another thing annoyed me is the constant need to refill the water tank.This solved both issues for me. Yes, I have to invest in another tankless RO system to feed into it, but it is absolutely worth it to me.The cold water is a very nice bonus.

Installation was a little bit hard but this operates well and looks great.
