Charger that came with it did not work well but the watch works wonderfully and just bought a new charger and easy fix.

This was my 3rd fit bit purchased in general, first time from this seller. The device completely stopped charging, it then would get extremely hot while I was attempting to use different charges. Definitely a safety issue with it overheating while plugged in. They refused to do anything because it was 2 weeks out of the 90 day warranty. Waste of money. I plan to purchase a Garmin from a reputable distributer.

Everything came on time & as shown, have never ordered anything refurbished before but thought I'd give it a try. My old Fitbit Versa quit holding a charg about 3 months ago but I wasn't ready to just shell out $200-$300 to replace it. Also the technology has changed quite a bit & I wasn't sure what I wanted to replace it with? The recent Amazon Prime Electronics day got me thinking about it & I stumbled on this refurbished Fitbit Sense. Have had it almost a week & still learning about all of the features, but esp. love the wireless charger! Have been really happy with it so far.

Dropped it from about two inches and the screen shattered. Get a screen protector or be extremely careful.

I bought this as a back up for the I currently use. The currently one was having a couple issues (several years old), so I purchased this. Wouldn't you know, the old one started functioning correctly. Keeping this one since the Sense fits my needs.

Was looking forward to receiving. When product arrived it didn’t want to charge. The return process was easy.

The first watch I bought couldn't hold a charge for more than a few hours. Had to submit for a replacement. The replacement was an easy process and arrived pretty quickly. However, the replacement couldn't hold a charge either.This whole "renew" and "replacement" process is pretty much garbage. Aside from turning any of these products on they are not doing any actual testing of the products.If you're expecting a product that actually works I would not recommend buying anything that is labeled renew or refurbished from these suppliers.
