The composition of these supplements is incredible. I've been taking them for over a month now with Irish Sea moss and black oil seeds dim sum. And they're the best vitamins I've ever taken.

Works great. I take for hormone metabolizing after hysterectomy and pelleting.

New to DIM. It is touted by so many respected sources for its ability to control the aromatase conversion of testosterone to estrogen in men. It is highly touted for older men since T drops with age. So far it seems to be working. It takes two capsules to get the recommended dosage which I found a little disconcerting as other brands only need one. That said, it does seem to work.

DIM has been part of my regimen for several years. I'm quite satisfied when the result is nothing happening. Beats the alternative of something happening that makes you consider the supplement in the first place.

Of all the supplements I’ve tried for hormone related stuff, DIM does the best job at keeping them in check. I can tell a difference when I don’t take DIM so I know this is the real thing. I definitely feel better and sleep better, too.The capsules are medium size and it takes 2 to get the full dose of 300 mg. These also contain broccoli powder (which I like for anti-cancer properties) and the black pepper fruit for absorption.So far I am really happy with these.

This actually worked well for my household. Somehow this made us more serene and calm. Slept better also. Easy to swallow.
