Looks great
I purchased 4 of these black matte faucet and drains to update the look of my bathroom sinks. These look great and were very easy to install. Even though it didn’t call for it I would recommend using plumbers putty just above the conical washer and nut to help seal it better at the underneath side of the sink. Otherwise you will most likely continue to tighten it to stop water from dripping and feel like you might break it since it’s never a good idea to over tighten plastic parts. Once I used plumbers putty I tightened it a realistic amount and it instantly filled in any gaps much better than without using it. The pop up stopper works great. I tested it by filling the sink and it was still at the same level 24 hours later. That’s when I let the water run down the drain and then realized it was leaking around the drain pipe into my cabinet below and since I was leery of doing any more tightening on it that it would just be much easier to use the plumbers putty. After that all is good. I’m very pleased with this product.

Beautiful and functional
We installed two faucets in the master bath and loved them so much, we ordered another for the guest bath. They are stylish and work well. What an upgrade! Plumbing is never easy for us, but these were easier to install than faucets we have had in the past. The price was right, too!

Loud but pretty
Easy install. They look good. They are rather loud when using them versus any other faucet I’ve ever used.

Attractive Design vs Function
This is a very nice looking faucet but because the water comes out the front edge of the faucet in a cascade, water splashes onto the vanity and the bowl.

A big hassle to install and then it drips!
I purchased two faucets. One does not shut off completely and drips constantly. The supply lines with 3/8 inch female compression ends were too short to reach the supply valves at the bottom of my cabinet. The adapter fittings supplied, 3/8 inch male compression/half inch female pipe thread, do not fit standard US half inch supply lines which have a female end. A 3/8 inch male/half inch male adapter would have solved that problem. The supply line end with an O-ring that threads into the faucet came loose while tightening the 3/8 inch compression fitting on the other end and leaked when the water was turned on so you need to hold the crimp connection with pliers or vice grips without damaging it while you tighten the compression fitting. The tailpiece bottom washer leaked around the threads on the tailpiece on one of them no matter how tight it was. Plumbers putty is needed there but the instructions do not call for it. Both pop-up drain stoppers were too short for my sink as supplied and would not stay down. I had to back the brass drain basket out on its threads as far as I could and keep it secure and super glue the threads in that position.
