I’ve tried Time 4 GDA and, while I’ve seen some positive effects, it hasn’t quite lived up to my expectations. Had to stop taking as felt ill after a couple of days

The ingredients appear very good but the capsule has an awful plastic taste. The last bacth have been particularly bad tasting

This is great for carb loading, really feel like my insulin sensitivity is enhanced on it. I take 2 capsules before each meal and results have been great ... it also seems to help fatloss when dieting so it's win win
