Shea Moisture Coconut & Hibiscus Curl Enhancing Smoothie 12 Oz, Pack of 3

I requested a refund because ALL THREE JARS WERE BROKEN. One of the lids was so broken that half the cream was spilled all over the bottom and inside of the box. The cream was also on the other item in the box. I receive my packages at work so I was furious to have the cream on my pants and my desk. What a mess.This is the first time in all the years of ordering Shea Moisture that their was a problem of any kind with the order. I am blame the manufacturer not the vendor for the broken lids on ALL THREE JARS. I have ordered from this vendor several times with absolutely no problem. I compared the jars with one I finished up. It was clear that the jars and not just the lids on the new order were a cheaper quality.Perhaps this is an opportunity to try another product for a change.

I’m a Caucasian woman who has natural wavy/curly/frizzy hair. This product helps keep my curls and waves in place while keeping the frizz down/away. I simply take a small amount (dime-ish size) on my palms and rub together and place on my hair when it’s wet. It dries looking very put together as though I have a fresh, pretty perm. And it smells great to boot!

I put this in my hair at the end of my shower. It is AMAZING.Flip your head over and run product through your hair.Get out of the shower and dry your hair with an old shirt ( DONT USE A TOWEL)then just twist your hair up in the shirt to dry for a little.I do this at night and just sleep with my hair loose in the shirt on my head and it wakes up looking great!!!

I have coarse, wiry hair. This product is my favorite. It leaves my hair shiny with soft curls and does not weigh down my hair.

I do like the product. However I find it too thick, so I just water it down in a separate container to a slightly thinner consistency. It doesn't spoil and is much easier to apply to hair. Makes me happy that I get even more for my money.
