For a tenner, you get a lot of activities for your money with this art set. It sells itself as a ‘unicorn’ set though only a few bits are unicorn-y but it’s still a pretty good little activity/art set.In the box you get 20 sheets of drawing paper; 10 each of two different colours of pattern (with unicorn) framing the blank drawing space. You get two gel pens to draw/wire with. You get 10 of those black scratch-off sheets; five are just plain black, five have drawings printed on them for you to trace (one of those pictures is of a unicorn); and you get a wooden stylus to scratch with.Finally you get the spiral art frame and four different wheels to go inside the frame. These, I assume, are like the Spirograph of my youth which I loved. I confess I can’t quite see how they work with all the big, shaped holes in, rather than single pencil points like in Spirograph wheels, but I’m sure the kids will work them out.Like I say, a lot of fun and creativity for a tenner!

We love scratch art. This unicorn themed set went down well with our four year old and her seven and nine year old siblings happily "helped" her have a go. The three included pens are a bit too small really, normal size pens is probably better for tripod grip. The unicorn scratch papers provide great careful colouring in as they need to pick which bits to do rather than just scratch it all off (although scratching it all does keep them quite for ages if a bit messy). The blank scratch pages are obviously great for letting the doodling imagination go for it just maybe get them to plan their creation first. The unicorn themed paper is a nice bonus as it's all about the scratch papers for us. The stencils and frame allow for some nice Spirograph style art. Nice.

This is a great birthday present or stocking filler. You get 5 scratch with pics and 5 plain. You also get 3 gel pens ,1 wooden stylus and 20 unicorn bordered paper and 4 spirals.All is good quality and it comes in a fun attractive eye catching box .Bargain for under £10

My daughter loves anything creative, spending hours drawing and painting, this set adds another dimension to her creativity. The Scratch sheets are new to her and she is having great fun creating patterns and pictures with it, the included gel pens are great and the spirals are just so much fun. I have run out of space on my fridge for all the pictures she has created. Id recommend this for kids 5+ that are creative.

As a parent, anything artistic like this is usually a recipe for disaster. Paint, felt tip pens, glue... The potential for home ruining mess is unlimited!These scratch art kits though are a joy, a simple bit of hoovering afterwards with no permanent damage potential.Disappointingly there's only 5 actual scratch sheets, I'd have definitely preferred to sacrifice the normal paper and gel pens for a couple more in their place but for the price it's good value
