I normally use wax strips but thought I'd give soft wax a try. This kit comes with 4 small bags of wax and application sticks. So far I have only done my armpits and I'm very pleased with the results. Takes some practice but I'm sure I'll become a pro with regular use. Takes about 10-15 to heat up the wax. No where near as painful as wax strips. For the price of the kit it's worth it. Plenty videos on YouTube to help with application and techniques.

This is a neat wax pot, heats up the beads within 5 minutes, turn the temperature down so as not to burn yourself before applying to your skin. But the wax is better used with material strips rather than just pulling off because it doesn’t all come off and then you are left with sticky dots of wax everywhere. The ins try have been translated into English and are not brilliant. Apply the warm wax in the direction of the way the hair is frowning and then pull off in the opposite way for maximum removal. Makes sure your skin is cream and grease free before starting.

The wax , despite being cheap , actually works really well . As long as you apply a fair amount and do too little or too much it does the job . However I will say sometimes you need to do the same area 2-3 times but this could depend on how often you wax your legs as I don’t often do it . I did have some bumps afterwards but I’m sure this is because I haven’t waxed before much . The melter itself is the perfect size with almost instant heating up making it perfect to get the right temperature , I would say though they bucket sort of thing that slides in does just that so when your mixing you do have to hold the too bit as too not spin . All round great product .

As a PCOS girly, I have tried EVERYTHING. Plucking, wax strips, shaving, hair removal cream, all the way up to electrolysis and prescribed hormone creams. None of them were the right fit, I either didn’t feel smooth enough afterwards, it was too much maintenance, not cost effective or just took way too long! Somehow, I had never invested in trying hot wax until recently. Having tried a cheap microwaveable at home wax, i found the wax was setting too fast and not staying warm for long enough. So I realised I would have to invest properly to try it, and i am SO glad I did!This set was SO easy to use! I had no problems with the warmer. It warmed the wax nice and fast, I didn’t find the wax got TOO hot, it was easy to keep clean and tidy, and the wax itself is very good quality! It sets nice and quickly and grips well. My FIRST time using this was on my chin and lip area and I found it worked even on very fine or short hairs. My face feels so smooth and I didn’t have to go over the same areas over and over again. It took no time at all, I melted half a bag of wax and have used nowhere near all of that.Definitely recommend, very happy with the purchase!
