does it come with ac charger plug?

Will this fit a charge 4? Just asking

No, this charger dock compatible with Charge 5 or Luxe Smartwatch ONLY. Not suitable for other watch models. You can find another charger compatible with fitbit charge 4 in our store, just search B08CHB2L73 at Amazon.

Why is the charger draining my battery? The charger has recently switched from working great to draining the battery when I connect it.

The magnetic charging of these is rather touchy. First, check the pins on the cradle to make sure they're not damaged. Then, check your fitbit to be sure the pads those pins connect to are clean and free of contaminates. Be sure the fitbit is aligned properly and the display shows it's being charged. If you have it, try using the original charging cable that came with the fitbit. Change the power supply you plug the cradle into - use a computer's USB port, a portable battery or other plug-in USB power supply. One of these options should solve the problem. There are only three components - the cradle, the power supply and the fitbit. If replacing one or both of the first two doesn't solve the problem, the fitbit is likely not working correctly. I have noted that some magnetic charging cables don't work properly or reliably. These cradles, however, have never given me a problem. Hope this helps.
