Oil pulling is great, with charcoal the basin gets stained but otherwise normal one is also good from cureveda

Pathetic product, no visible sign of improvement. They market the product which we all want to improve and even if a fraction of population take the product they are full of money. I wasted my money but wanted to inform everyone.
