I took a chance buying from this vendor since there is only one review (negative) with no comments. But I hoped that what I believe about seeds would be the case here: if you do what you are supposed to, they should spring. And so, they did. What I did was to soak the seeds in lukewarm water over night and plant them the next day. What surprised me was how quickly they sprang: 24 hours after I planted them, they started to emerge out of the soil. I cannot attest on how well the actual plants will perform later on but the seeds accomplished the first step: they germinated.
