Effective and delicious!
I only drank about 3/4ths of the cup of tea I made and THANK GOD for this stuff. Keep reading if you love TMI….I hadn’t had a movement in a week and couldn’t eat because I was so bloated and uncomfortable. Laxatives don’t work for me for some reason, but I remembered this tea my coworker gave me a few years back. I definitely drank the whole cup back then, snuck up on me and it wasn’t great LOL. Make sure you have fast access to a restroom just in case it’s urgent, but I’ve finally had a *relatively* normal movement this afternoon. Took about 12 hours to kick in for me, I’m sure there’s a little more to come later this evening but one bag is all you should need if you can’t go!

I have tried many teas with little success, but this tea really works. I drank a cup around 930pm and at 845 am I was going! I highly recommend this tea!

This tea really works. If your backed up and need relief this is your go to! A little bit of stomach cramping but not as bad as if you took a constipation pill. Tastes great ! Definitely will be using again.

It does work
Hate to discuss 'daily elimination' but this tea definitely helps. There is some fleeting abdominal discomfort, but it's fleeting and usually subsides before I leave for work. Already pulled my sister into this tea.
