Nice affect
Faucet has a nice waterfall effect the glides wonderfully into the tub. One is exceedingly useful for rinsing hair and for cleaning the tub.

I had issues with the hand held wand but emailed the company and they responded quickly and sent a replacement. Very cooperative. I highly recommend this company. Communication and follow up was excellent.

Nice looking wall faucet
This faucet looks really nice and the hand held is perfect for washing the bubbles off the kids after the bubble bath. It was a little tricky to install, make sure on the depth of your wall tiles if you are using wall tiles as we had to rebuilt once due to not having the pipe nipple come out far enough. I would recommend.

The chrome is peeling
Barely used as this is in the guest bathroom but the appearance of this faucet is beautiful when first bought but started peeling after 6 months of only a handful of uses.

Of the two i bought one is beginning to have issues with the knob turning between head and hand held faucet. :(

Malfunctioning handheld sprayer
Handheld Sprayer defective! Twice! The first order was replaced with a second defective product. These devices stay from the tip also (not supposed to do that). Waiting for refund from seller process has been nearly a 2 weeks delay. Website showing refund issues. Smh
