Easy to assemble. Worked great for a college apartment move out where the thresholds were pretty smooth and all surfaces were solid (vinyl floor, cement hallway, etc.) Wheels are pretty small, but sufficient for what we need. Worked better than a hand truck would have for our loads. Construction is not the most durable, but I don't expect to use it frequently, so it is fine for occasional use. Not the easiest to maneuver but it wasn't too hard to get where we needed to go.

My friend got me this as I am handicapped and had problems moving things. It is so great! Compact, easy to put together and use. I did add some non-slip stair tape to it to prevent things from slipping around. I just love it so much I got him one in return because he was jealous.

I judged my purchase by the image showing the loaded cart alongside the human, but it appears these two images are not equally scaled. The dolly is a bit smaller than I mentally expected, but I do like the (mostly) solid base and compact folded footprint. I wouldn't use this on unimproved surfaces (dirt, grass, etc) as the wheels are pretty small and will easily sink into soft surfaces with any weight.

I bought this hand truck to help me with moving from one apartment building to another down the street.It ultimately helped get the job done, but with a lot of extra effort on my part.The bed of the hand truck is narrower than I expected, so if you are using it to transport wide objects such as storage bins, you need to ensure the object is perfectly centered or else it will spill to one side or another. When this happens, the hand truck will fall over as well and you will have to remove and reposition everything.When I would go over a bump, there was a chance of the hand truck falling over because the wheels are small and not very sturdy. A surface would need to be perfectly flat for the hand truck to roll smoothly over it.The handle is a bit flimsy as well, and I had to alternate between pushing and pulling to get the hand trunk to move.Some of these downsides are to be expected with a lower-cost item. What wasn't expected is that sometimes the screw that affixes the handle into the platform would pop out. This happened at least 8 times that I can remember during the move. At first, I freaked out because I thought I had lost the screw and the hand truck would be inoperable, but I managed to find it up the street and reaffix it easily. From then on, I was vigilant about watching for if the screw would pop out so that I could grab it and reattach it before the screw got lost (it is a fairly big screw, so easy to find if it gets lost in a vicinity that you are familiar with.)On the plus side, the platform is easy to fold as promised and is easy to store. The extra bungee cords were also helpful in transporting items.All in all, if you are looking for a hand truck for something like a move, I would recommend getting something a bit higher quality. This hand truck required a lot of extra effort and stress on my part that I do not think would have been necessary if I had gotten something a bit sturdier. However, if you are looking for something for occasional transports of narrow goods, and that needs to be easy to store, this product would probably work for your needs.I am giving it three stars because it required a lot of effort on my end, more than I think should have been necessary (especially with the screw popping out multiple times), but ultimately it did help me get my move done and I will keep it for small trips in the future.
