These are small and super easy to take, with a light strawberry flavor that’s not too sweet compared to other gummies. Haven’t noticed much of a difference while using them, but they’re convenient for daily use.

Great taste

Super delicious, very sour and sweet, the texture is just like a gummy candy too. Personally, I chose there prefer them to have real sugar, as I don't like the lingering aftertaste of fake sweeteners as in most other gummy vitamins. No clue if they "work" since I take them preventively, but I like that they contain folic acid, which few other competitors do.

These are great, they taste good and are easy to take, tablets tend to get stuck in my throat and I have issues swallowing them for some reason so these are ideal.
