This was supposed to be 2 cans of hair spray correct? Because I only received 1 of it and 1 comb

Dishonest product description - the 3 in 1 Comb is missing from the pack
I ordered this product twice and the 3 in 1 Comb was not sent with the 2 hairspray cans.This is either a Catalogue mistake or misleading vendor.
