Bosch 3x EXPERT Hardwood 2-side clean T308BF Jigsaw Blade (for Plastic coated boards, Multiplex board, Length 117 mm, Professional Accessory Jigsaw)

We recently had laminate flooring laid in our kitchen, making our floor level higher than the previous vinyl flooring. Our plinths no longer fitted and I needed to cut a few millimetres off them.I have a Bosch jigsaw and I always buy the Bosch blades to go with it.After doing some research, I decided that these would be the best ones for my job.I was worried about tearing the laminate on the plinths, but these blades performed brilliantly. There was no tearing on either side of the board at the blades cut through the plinths very well.These blades may cost more than some others, but I find them worth the extra money.

As a carpenter fitting kitchens and bedroom furniture, I’ve used plenty of jigsaw blades over the years, but these Bosch Expert T308BF blades are on another level! The 2-side clean cut design is fantastic—both the top and bottom edges stay sharp and splinter-free, making them perfect for plastic-coated boards, multiplex, and other delicate materials.The cutting performance is smooth, fast, and incredibly precise, reducing the need for extra sanding or touch-ups. At 117mm, they provide excellent reach without compromising control. They’re durable too—I get a lot of life out of each blade.Honestly, I wish I’d found these sooner! If you’re working with high-end materials and need clean, professional cuts, these are worth every penny.

Used these to cut a hole for a sink in my new worktop.Impressed with the result. No "breakout" on the top or bottom faces.The teeth on the blade are "opposite" topand bottom, so that the teeth cut on the downstroke from the top face and cut on the upstroke on the underside.The cut was 90 degrees straight up n down for 80% of the project but I would suspect that I was forcing the cut when it went off true 90.Yes, I would buy them again. Yes, I'm happy to recommend them.Yes, I know that for a clean cut with little or no break out then I just have to pay attention to the cut direction of my saw.When I shortened the worktop I used my circular saw and when I "narrowed" the worktop I used my bandsaw. These blades made a good job of cutting a hole which the others saws couldn't do.

I used these on cutting out sink and hob on kitchen worktop. Nice and neat cut no flaking.

I install bedrooms and kitchens, most panels are only seen from one side and the cut edge is usually against the wall or floor and only the front is visible. Most blades either cut on the up stroke, or the down stroke so the opposite side has a rough edge finish when cut. These blades cut up and down so both edges are neatly cut, so if both sides are visible it looks neat.

Superb cut both sides of board.No chipping even on melamine.Pricey but worth it
