Very relatable, clear steps. I borrowed this book from the library but will definitely look to buy so that I can implement the activities at my leisure.

I like it so much that I have red it four times that's more then most of Gabby's books.I mostly just read Miracles Now on and off. If there was a six star rating I would rate it six stars I will admit first off I am not a big fan of the card deck, but I like the book and the journal of it as well. This is a great book especially to read during the hard times. Looking at the title of this book and reading it is empowering to me and gives me comfort.What is great about each and every Gabby book is each chapter in ever book has a story of some kind either her owns or a friend of hers as well as meditations and excersises that you can do as well.This book is no exception.And at the end of each chapter which is always helpful to me is a summary and a recap of the steps from whatever chapter you are reading. Chapter one for example mentions the steps you can take to remember your hidden power which are the following Step 1:What the fearful move you've been play? Step 2: What is the positive movie you have been playing? and Step 3:Reconnect To Your Power. This chapter also include the following prayer I witness that I am out of alignment with power. I choose to see peace instead of this. A great universal lesson in this chapter is Love For Love In All The Right Places. This chapter also included a few stories include a story on how the mantra her mother taught her So, Ham,So Ham helped her overcome her depression. Each chapter in the book includes two or three stories of hers or someone else like I mentioned before ,meditations ,exercise or prayers .At times all three ,powerful universal lessons and like I mention before at the end a summary recap of the lessons from the chapter .Because it is so good I have also bought this book for a couple of friends as well.So if you like Gabby Bernstein's and you want an empowering and comforting book to read especially during the hardest of times this is the book to get.

This book will teach you why you need to trust your intuition and guidance which comes from the higher guidance here called the Universe. The author talks about all reasons why to listen to your guides, how they will help you and why you need to listen to them. Remember you may want something so much you push against a wall until you realize you need to flow. Being in flow will move you along your path faster than you can believe!

My hand was sore from all the journaling I did throughout this book, but it was worth it. I turned down ordering this book for a while, because of a multitude of positive reviews posted suspiciously close to the release date. I wish I had ignored that. I read Gabby's first book, and found it useful. However, her "May Cause Miracles" changed my life. I know that sounds over-the-top, but it's true. A few years later, this book made a wonderful refresher, giving me sustainable daily habits to continue learning to live in love. Wow, that sounds super cheesy. But try it, it's awesome.The book is straightforward, each chapter dedicated to a particular spiritual truth and containing steps that include journaling and guided meditation. Gabby gives a story at the beginning of each chapter, either one that is hers or that of someone she knows. It's remarkable that she is so willing to describe her own flaws, her own imperfect learning process. It's a sign of humility lacking in many spiritual guides/self-help books and I found it helpful and refreshing. This book was consistent with Gabby's teachings, but there was significantly less references made to A Course in Miracles, which some people might appreciate (if you wanted those, well, re-read "Add More ~ing").Without getting in too much detail, my personal story involves being a little...different. I have more courage since learning these lessons to be myself, regardless of the judgment of others. I can work hard, persevere, AND be happy. Sometimes I think our culture presents an image that hard work equals misery, therefore, if you're not miserable, you're not working hard. Ever been involved in the office chatter on who has it worse? Gabby teaches that this is nonsense, and she's right. Surrender to the plan in store for you, choose to see love, and change the world. Be in love, not fear.

This book taught me how to love myself more and judge myself less. I was literally resisting my love. Now I check in every moment to feel it

I discovered Gabby when I was suffering from the worst panic attack due to COVID. It wasn't even fear it was terror! I was living each day in terror and I could barely function. But this was a break through to me, i realized that i couldn't live this way anymore. One day Gabby appeared on my instagram and her messages resonated with me.I bought this book hesitant bc it had so many bad reviews, and it is amazing. It really changed the way I saw life. Pls! Don't miss the meditations. One of them was so surreal and it clicked into my inner power and I am trying to practice all the chapters and my life has definately change. I am attracting more, I am happier, and I for sure know that the universe is guiding me.But this book is only for those who are ready to trust that the universe has your back, if I had read this book last year I would have given it a bad review. It was magical and it has change my life
