I am in my twenties and have had chronic neck pain since I was a teenager. I am used to doctors/massage therapists/acupuncturists/ chiropractors telling me that my pain can be "cured", so I will be straight with you and say that this acupressure mat is NOT a cure (at least, not for me). However, I find that if I use on a bad day for 15 minutes before bed, it does relieve some tension. If I feel a headache coming on, I use the pillow for a few minutes, and it usually relieves it. It does not make the pain completely go away, and the relief is temporary.Also, I am quite a small person (just 5'3"), so I find the mat length a bit too long, and the width a bit too wide. The width is kind of annoying because the spikes sometimes dig into the sides of my upper arms, which is not what I want at all. Yes, you do get used to the spikes, but I guess my skin is more sensitive in that area. This is obviously a small person problem, haha.Overall, I quite like this product. I can't remember the price I paid, but I remember getting it on sale! It is worth it, and I would recommend buying this product.P.S. I am not sponsored / paid for this review at all!
