After a month of usage - pros-1. Sleek and compact design. 2. Tested for backup - b/w 4/5hrs assured for the CCTV camera load 9v/0.6amps. cons- technical glitch, battery level indicator not working.

The product is of good quality. I got value for the money I spent to buy it. This is now nearly 18 months old and there is no damage. But the battery does not privide back up for more than 10 mins during power cuts. I have removed the loads, namely wifi & laptop only, charged whole night for 8 hours more or less. However, the back up does not last beyond 10 minutes. My only loads are the laptop & wifi router/modem. The customer support number goes unanswered forever.

I would not recommend this product to anyone. They mention 600 watts for the 1000VA UPS, and my computer setup which is max around 400-500 watts caused the overload indicator to turn on and beep. After barely a minute it shuts down. The first one I ordered, I thought there was a defect in the unit and used it to run a printer around 340 watts max power rating. The same issue recurred and within 5 minutes it shut down, while constantly beeping and giving the overload indicator. I ordered another one thinking it might be better, but its the same issue. I have no idea why they have rated it at 600 watts. I suggest you don't buy this.

Built like a tank, has loads of features compared to other sketchy "UPS" powers both my DECO mesh Wifi Router and Airtel Modem battery backup is amazing (4 hours powering both) switch over to battery backup and vice-versa is under 250 ns which is very fast and comes with Warranty tooone thing i would like to nitpick is lights they are very cluttered hard to note the battery percentage at a glance. easy solution is using different coloured lights hope they update that in the future

This product is really good. Using it for 3 months now, You can trust it. The battery backup is on almost 6+ hours on multiple occations. Its can handle voltage fluxuations, multiple power cut, generator on and off etc. Peoduct also looks solod and durable. No heat emission. It keeps the internet modem power always ON. Absolutely reliable. Must for work from home people.

I used it for 3-4 months without any problem. Then I had to relocate and left the UPS packed in the box. After two years I came back. Tried to re-use the UPS but it just did not work.

Product was running good condition now.

This ups has a built in power supply unlike other brands which depends on router charger for charging and powering the router. The dedicated power supplywill improve battery life and also fully charge the batteries. It has 9v and 12v support just by toggling a switch. It also has POE which is useful for powering cctv camera.On the first use the battery was charged to 100% and the backup time was only around 4 hours. However after another recharge cycle, the battery backup improved considerably to 5 hours. Don't expect 8 hours of backup.Pros - Built-in charger, 9v and 12v support, poe, battery level indicator, usb charging port for 5v devices like mobile phone.Cons - The green battery level indicator is too bright. I would suggest the minidc 2 version if that bothers you. I have both.
