Works great.
Hard to bend to begin with but perceverence gets the job done..

Product quality
Used the power bender a while and can defo see results great bit of kit. Only downside there wasn’t a booklet to show different exercises to target different muscles areas apart from that well pleased 👍

Great for strength training upper body . Not too heavy and easily portable as opposed to weights .

Misleading description
The description and pictures give the impression the resistance can be changed to different weights but in fact mine just came with a 40kg sticker on and doesn't appear adjustable. In its self, its a decent enough product and is affective to use.
