Love this hot sauce! I use it on eggs, rice, tacos, etc. this is such tasty hot sauce. Perfect amount of heat.

This is great “Hot Sauce” that isn’t hot and it’s just all flavor! Has a little kick but is not one that how “STUPID HOT SAUCES” by any means! It adds great flavor to everything, especially any meat or pasta sauce!!! It’s a must try! We used to live in California and we bought it direct from their restaurant/store but now that we live to Michigan so we now need to buy the sauce on Amazon. It’s from California and it’s amazing!

This sauce is delicious and complex. It is savory, salty, smoky and a little spicy. My first taste confirmed the great reviews this sauce receives. I like the big pepper flavor (thanks to the jalapeños), backed by garlic and a touch of cumin. The spice level is mild to medium. This sauce steers clear of being overly acidic and has just the right amount of tang. It is easy to eat a lot of this sauce as it goes well on many things (pizza, chicken, potatoes, etc.). The bottle I bought is very salty (almost too much at times). A reduced sodium version would certainly speed up my consumption. Overall a really great find for anyone looking for a unique go-to sauce.

This sauce is great. I first had it at a restaurant and liked it so much I searched for it and bought it. It is spicy but it is jalapeño based so it is not as intense as most habanero based sauces. The flavor is really good. Highly recommended.

Struggled with finding a TASTY Pepper Sauce that goes great with Mexican Food. Found this sauce in a small, family run Mexican Food Joint in Tahoe and since then have ALWAYS kept a bottle in the fridge.This is a Vinegar based sauce, dark but whoever created it knowing the flavor of roasted peppers. This is SUCH an excellent compliment to anything e.g. goes GREAT with Omelletes, Tacos and so much more

I discovered this sauce a few years ago in Monterey Cali. at a restaurant there. I fell in love right away. Perfect heat.

I first tried it in a random restaurant on Highway 1. They had very mediocre burger with a bland patty. I was just replenishing my proteins until I saw this sauce and tried adding it - it was magic!As some review mention, it's indeed on the salty side. Just a bit smoky, it's only savoriness that left from the smoke.Why get it? First of all, it'd work great with with meats and poultry - especially if those are "not outstanding".Besides that, it pairs well with baked potatoes and meats - it would a kick and take care of saltiness.My favorite combination is with pork breakfast sausage, over easy eggs and melted cheese.
