Q: Size chart? Where is it? My husband is 230pounds & 5’11

My husband usually wears a medium and they suggested large and they fit perfectly. He absolutely lives them. We bought 7 pair now .

Q: Does the thy area wear out fast from friction?

No it doesn't, I've had mine for 7 to 8 months and I love them. They are comfortable, and have become my favorite underwear. I would think that if anyone is having issues with it wearing out in the thigh area it maybe caused by how they are Maintaining it. The brand specifically states that prevent such issues you must wash and dry them in the way they have it listed or you will damage the material and could cause damage to the garment. This is a possible reason.

Q: Is this garunteed to cool the testicles? I'm trying fir a baby.

They will definitely keep you cool. My issue was that they didn't offer the support of the boys like they promised. Comfortable material, but not much support.
