Great wrench highly recommended
Purchased to assemble a US General 5 drawer tool cart and it worked perfectly. There are a few spots attaching the lift shocks, handle and top corner brackets that do not leave enough room to get a ratchet and socket into and this worked perfectly for that. Nice well constructed tool as all Tekton hand tools I have used are. I purchased Tekton 1/4, 3/8 and 1/2 master socket sets recently and am really enjoying using them so I knew I could not go wrong with Tekton. The only problem is now I need to purchase SAE and Metric master sets in these now I have sampled their abilities compared to a regular combination wrench. This is my first, but not last time I use ratcheting combination ratchets n full use in assembly of something. The last time I tried them many years ago, they were not acceptable. Oh how quality and inovation has change that. These are a very good alternative to regular combination wrenches until you get above 200+ ft lbs, but why are you using these in that range or higher anyway?

My New Favorite Brand of Mechanics Tools!
If you're on the fence about these "made in Taiwan" tools, don't be. The durability, fit and finish and overall feel are second only to the tool truck brands. They also have a great "Craftsmanlike" lifetime warranty with an easy to file claim process on their website. I used to be a Craftsman guy until the quality started going downhill and they closed my local Sears. Now the non-Sears Craftsman warranty is very convoluted and worthless. If you're familiar with the Harbor Freight Icon line (their premium line), I would say that Tekton is right on par with it. Excellent value and fast shipping when purchased through Amazon. You won't find better mechanics tools for your money.

Cant beat it for the price
After breaking numerous GW flex head ratchets I decided I wanted to try another one, but im not willing to spend snapon money. I have a couple of Tekton tools and have been pleased with all of them so I saw these and said lets try it. I was not really paying attention and did not see the box end is a 6 point, which was a pretty big disappointment considering this is not a huge wrench I'm going to be really torquing on and for something this small 12 point is alot more convenient. So outside of that, I cant really complain about anything else so far. The tool seems well built and actually the flex head is stiffer than the GW which I really like, they stay where you want them better. The finish is nice and they have no burrs or rough parts that were missed. The ratcheting mechanism seems good and has not slipped or got jammed up on me yet, but I will say it has some play in it if your sliding it in and out which makes me think they might break and slip out like my GW ones. It would be nice if they could get that more snug.So far it has been a good tool with no issues.UPDATE 1-16-21.Still have not had a issue and am going to order a couple more singles to replace more GW ones that broke. People stick up for GW because it's a popular name not because they are that good. Anyone who actually uses tools daily would tell you they are decent but certainly not great, and if you've noticed they have changed there warranties from lifetime guarantee to warrantied for manufacturing defects and if you break one now you will have to walk through he** and back to get them to replace it, because obviously they realized way to many are breaking to he able to replace them. Now I am by no means saying these here will last forever and are top quality, I'm just saying for the price they are absolutely worth it and THUS FAR, I have not had one break on me but I also have bit even had them a full year yet, but they are a good tool.I am slowly building up my Tekton tool supply as more and more tools I try from them have been great for the price.First tekton tool I bought was in 2016 and it was a 1/2" torque wrench, still works perfectly and is very accurate.PLEASE Tekton stay humble and dont skyrocket your prices as you get more popular like that other brand did

Wrench fills the gap
I bought a set of metric flex head wrenches from Amazon but the set didn't contain a 16mm which I have use of from time to time. So I bought the Tekton unit to fill in my set. Works great and quality is right up there with many "pro" brand wrenches. Recommended.

Legendary Tekton Quality!
I buy TEKTON tools whenever I can and truthfully, I don't know how they stack up against the truck distributed big-name, high-priced brands. Every TEKTON tool I have purchased exhumes a superior quality made product, in forging, chrome vanadium steel, exact fit, not the least is the superior chrome polish and etching finish. Every TEKTON tool comes in a named plastic bag & carefully wrapped. TEKTON tools are not just great to look at, but have never broken or chipped. I cannot recommend 5-STAR TEKTON TOOLS, any higher. Although I like these brand of garage tools, I'm not compensated in any way to review TEKTON TOOLS.

Great ratchet action in tight spaces! Pivot head great for odd angles, tight places. Jeep JK use.
I used this tool to remove steering gear box on my 2012 Jeep JK. It worked very well. I put a Synergy Mfg. trackbar brace on the Jeep, see picture. Tight spaces to work in. Used on three of the four bolt, I had to use a smaller regular box wrench on one of the upper bolts due to too close space. I broke the bolts loose with a TEKTON regular longer box wrench, rather than putting that kind or strain on the ratchet and pivot head. Ditto for final torque. The wrench seems strong, very tight ratchet action! High Polish too! Great warranty! I have other TEKTON tools, and will buy more. I installed my Synergy brace with the spring in place. The picture I posted (Synergy) shows it installed with the spring removed. You don't have too, but it does give you more space. If you are working on a Jeep front end, the three most common wrenches are 21mm, 18mm, and 15mm! And a 7mm Allen wrench for the ball joints, to keep them from spinning when removing the nut.
