I didn't know what to expect with this, but after reading countless articles about it....it seemed to be worth a check out.First of all, it does smell. And you need to swallow the capsule quickly to avoid any taste.I found this reassuring that it was what it was supposed to be, at least.After about a week, I started to have more energy. This was why I purchased it (health reason)I can say I did seem to feel more energetic.It seems to increase labido too.One thing I seemed to notice is, it increases the speed of body hair growing.Whether this is some mad coincidence or not, I am not sure.It just seems that body hair grows faster.I am not suggesting it is a warewolf pill, but it at least seems to do this.I was only taking this once every few days, for the record.I will get this again.I appreciate the energy levels.

Very good supplement

The capsules arrived on time and have been taking them regularly now. Not yet felt any extra energy in general probably will give it some more time.One thing to note is they do have a strong smell and taste, so strong that it even stays on your hands after consuming. Just in case that concerns anyone.

The recommended daily dose is 1 capsule per day, giving you a 90 day or 3 months supply.Vegavero is a really reputable brand, as a vegan I have used their products before and have always been happy with the standards of the quality of their supplements.I always wanted to try Shilajit so when I saw this I just knew I had to give it a try. I have chronic pain and chronic fatigue conditions so upon reading in the listing of their product that these helps with energy, strength and health it just made me want to try it more.It came well sealed, it was secured on the outside and had sealing on the inside of the bottle too. The capsules are medium size, I'd say it's the standard size that supplements come in. I am used to swallowing supplements so I personally did not have any issues. There was no smell, no taste and no after taste so I am happy!I give it four stars because I have not been taking these capsules for long enough to notice any benefits yet, but I will definitely be updating this review in a couple of months or sooner if I notice a prominent difference or change to anything.Edit: I have updated my review of the Shilajit Extract Capsules to five stars. I have noticed a difference in my energy levels. Really gives me a boost though out the day though towards the end of the day I am back to being fatigued though this comes with my chronic fatigue I do really appreciate the extra boost. I do recommend giving these a try as they have so many benefits.

This is really one supplement that I really looked into deeply before trying. Shilajit sounds very exotic, and had I not came across information on it online when I was looking for ideas to enhance daily exercise it wouldn't have been something I had any background knowledge on. Shilajit itself seeps out from mountains in the Himalayas,so its a very unique and strange ingredient.This particular supplement from vegavero contains a high percentage of fulvic acid in each supplement From my understanding, the fulvic acid percentage has a massive impact on the effectiveness and benefits of shilajit supplements.The capsule size is about the standard size, it is easy to swallow with water, but it is not something that will be easy to swallow if you have trouble swallowing supplements in general... I wouldn't let that stop you from taking it though especially given the benefits.I felt the effects of this just after about 6 hours on my first take, I had a bit more of a drive in my daily exercise, and felt more eager to get going with it.I exercise daily, though even on the rare days where I have missed my routine, I have noticed that I just felt more alert or interested in things , so I would recommend this even if you just want to re vitalise yourself in some way or another and are serious about getting into a good healthy regime.I would highly recommend fulvic rich shilajit, Though I would highly recommend exercise and a healthy mineral rich diet to enhance its effectiveness in improving yourself as you take it.
