Yes, I think so! As you can see in the video, I tried soaking it in water like this, there is no problem. You could take it to the beach party.

Sure! This bluetooth speaker is waterproof. I wouldn't hold it underwater, but I've Definately spilled water on it with no ill effects. The case is soft rubber.
