ProcareLace-Up Ankle Support Brace, Large

My only complaint is the small size. I ordered 2 sizes larger than I thought after reading the reviews and would liked to have had it another size bigger.

I bought this using their sizing chart and was hoping to have a good fit that would go inside of an athletic shoe. The sizing was off and was way too big. It provides no support and if anything it's very uncomfortable. I asked to exchange it for one size down and they denied to do anything to resolve the issue. I am not asking for a refund I'm asking to get the product I ordered that should have fit my foot based on their sizing chart. If you buy it know that you should probably go a size down and to be real certain I'd recommend looking for a different product that at least stands behind it.

This did the job of fantastic ankle support after my boot came off from spraying ankle bad. Get this for extra support before transitioning to a support ankle sock for sure!

Great brace and very comfortable but if you’re trying to decide, get the next size up.

Although I measured my ankle and followed the recommendations given for sizing (I fell between sizes, so I went to the next larger size), this ankle support was much too small for me. I have very small feet and minimal swelling, but I could have used a large instead of a medium size brace. That being said, the wrap is well-made, and because it laces up, I have been able to make it work. In order to make it more comfortable, I added minimal padding where the support laces at the foot, arguably the tightest spot on the brace, and in the bend of the ankle to increase immobilization. The bottom of the wrap is slippery, so be prepared to use a non-slip sock or shoe. I do not believe a person who is wearing this brace will be able to use the same size shoe as he did without it, although removing the stays might accomplish this. I am reasonably happy with my purchase and would buy it again, but in a larger size.

They were very easy to work with to return this product - amazon for some reason would not accommodate a return. I contacted them and they took care of it fast

I didn’t notice that this was a non-returnable product. Now I’m stuck with an ankle brace that doesn’t fit. I am a women’s size nine and a large should have fit no problem. The pictures are showing the gap between the cover flap and the lacing edge.

I wear women’s size 10, and men’s size 8.5. I purchased the medium which fits BUT it ends About 1/3rd up my foot, and does not extend 1/2 or 3/4 towards the toes as shown.PROS: Recommended by my doctor. good stabilization, appears well made. No Velcro to catch on everything. Plastic stays along ankle provide extra support. Laces stay tight and tied.CONS: the seam where the brace wraps your foot is noticeable and uncomfortable, even through thick socks. This grew worse throughout the day because my foot, like most feet, swelled a little during the work day. The fabric is rough and itchy even with thick socks.THIS PRODUCT IS NOT RETURNABLE, EVEN VIA PRIME.The seam on the bottom is a real deal breaker for me. I feel it dig into my foot with every step. I am currently searching for an alternative.UPDATE: I’ve contacted amazon customer service to see if I can exchange for a different size instead of return. Although the medium fits I am hoping a large would change how ithe seam is positioned on my foot.
