Happy to see this on Amazon, it's ever so good. And the leftover oil is also yummy. We use it up drizzled on foods and salads. New to truffles or a fan this is very nice.

basically, if you don't have time or energy to carmelize your own onions this is definitely the way to go. i got this for christmas because i worked through Christmas Eve and I was very happy with the purchase. i will definitely buy this again.

Bought in Wales and had to have more!
I purchased this as a gift for my boyfriend in Wales. I tried to find similar items in the states, but nothing compares! I brought it to a party and everyone loved it. Great with cheese and crackers or try it on a grilled ham and cheese!
