I bought 3 rolls of "heavy duty, water resistant tape" to patch something. Both descriptions were a lie, and Amazon grudgingly accepted my return of 2.5 rolls. (Not without a whinge, I might add!) Then I found this 3M product at 3 times the price. Was it worth it - an absolute yes!. I used it on a couple of jobs, then realised my summer house roofing felt had split and torn in high winds. I "temporarily" repaired the roof with this product as I was due to be away for 2.5 months of winter, thereby avoiding the job of re felting until the weather improved. Surprised and grateful that the tape was still on and undamaged when I got back in March, with a stormy, wet winter nearly over. Maybe re felting can wait another year!

Strong tape, good for cracked panes in greenhouse. Clean surfaces well. Works well in high temperatures.

Able to repair cracked/ broken glass objects

Brought it to cover stiffer refected tape & to waterproof my crutches.As refected tape prefers to be flat the flexible clear used to seal seams so no moisture gets under it.Used it on previous crutches (yellow squared bike tape) too sealed in 2016.It helps me be safe & be seen.

I wanted to seal up a window with this, I have used it before and it was very good but this tape didn't stick very well. I wouldn't buy it again.

I put 2 greenhouses together,standstill plastic sheet ones) tie wrapped the bars so all I needed to do was seel the joint from the outside.Uv and waterproof it says.20 minutes of rain later,it fell off.like sellotape. Useless.

Strong and sticky tape. Adhered readily to glass, almost invisible when attached, provided effective support to hold broken pieces together. Only used internally so can't comment on waterproofing.

Um zwei aggressive Katzen laaangsaaam einander zu gewöhnen, habe ich am Türrahmen ein Kunststoffnetz mit diesem Gewebeband festgemacht. Na ha, kein Kunstwerk, aber das Netz soll auch nur ein Provisorium sein. Nach drei Monaten habe ich das Netz endlich entfernen wollen und ich fürchtete mich schon vor hässlichen Spuren am Türrahmen. Absolut nichts!! Ūbrigens ist das Gewebeband sehr robust und klebt wirklich sehr fest.
