I started attending meetings at a temple somewhat regularly and sometimes I would find myself playing catch-up in the group discussions. I was never totally lost, but I’m still learning. This book has allowed me to go a long way towards catching up with the basics so I’ll be more prepared for lesssons and discussions.

A wonderful text on teaching given to Lady Tsohyal by Padmasambhava, Guru Rinpoche, on how to practice Buddhism. I would highly recommend it as a starting point for devotees of Guru Rinpoche.
