The pills, at least to me are not hard to swallow, which seems to be a common negative about this product. I dont know if it is because I am used to taking what people would call "horse pills" or not.In any case, you definitely can smell an earthy smell when you open the bottle, and they claim to have a decent amount of vitamins without claiming it's 100% daily value in one pill. I like that they don't claim that since your body can only absorb so much nutrients in one go, so spreading it out the way they did does make it, at the very least, more believable.I did take notice that I do feel significantly more "healthy", if that makes any sense. Energy and concentration seem to be better, which makes me think my body is getting the right nutrients to have that happen. Overall, I would recommend this to others who need to supplement their vitamin levels because of dietary restrictions, or people who just need to get a better grasp on their health with some help from vitamins.

A friend recommended these multivitamins. We bought some and get it! We absolutely love these multivits. So many ingredients, vitamins, minerals, fruits, vegetables, wholefoods in one tablet. They've even got probiotics and omega's in so we don't need to buy separate pills for this anymore?! These vitamins seem to have it all so it's great value and convenient for us. I tried em for a few days and had no ill effects. so to the reviews who say they suffered and are confused by others reviews. Hi.. hello. Not everyone has the same body, duh. It's completely possible for others to have had good experiences. It's one thing to post that you had a bad reaction and post possible reasons as to why it didn't do well with your body. that would be the most useful review as far as I can see. anyway.. I stopped because I have trouble swallowing pills in general and these are rather large. theyre pretty thick. just shy of an inch in length it would seem. other than that they do have a pretty strong odor to them. it's not like super bad but it is strong and smells what I know a lot of people would describe as "healthy" lmao.One of my concerns is.. not seeing an obvious expiration date. I have no experience with things like this so I don't feel comfortable without some type of "hey this item probably really shouldn't be used after this date because -reasons-"okay good luck and take care and see ya

good product, easy to swallow

These pills pack great nutrients. However, the pills are huge and are extremely hard to swallow. When I try to swallow them I also get a horrible grass-like taste that I can’t stand. I prefer to crush them and put them into something but I can usually still taste it.
