I've been learning to do podcasts and as part of that I have been using 20 year old headphones. They were great back in the day, but recently the cushioning is well, disintegrating....so it is high time to get some new ones. I researched and followed various professionals tutorials. These came highly recommended from pros who wanted a lightweight, comfortable fit, clear sounding, and not too overpriced to make them unattainable for folks like me who will want pro level clarity and an enthusiasts price point.The thing that I like the most is that I forget I'm wearing them!! I'm glad I spent the time to research as I'm very confident in my purchase!

There’s a reason why you see these everywhere in recording studios. Crystal clear sound, great build quality, comfortable to wear. If you’re thinking about buying them, just do it.

Between comfort and sound quality, I’m extremely happy with these. Also, a huge plus, the pads are easy to remove and replace if needed, and replacements are cheap. Only downside is the cord is not replaceable…so don’t damage it.Side note: they don’t have the strongest base I’ve ever heard, but they trade that for excellent overall sound quality. And the base is still pretty good so it’s not a bad trade off.All in all, you won’t be disappointed.

These are very accurate for mixing, tracking, etc. Very comfortable even after a long time. Great natural noise isolation.

I bought these since I play bass and live in a multi unit apartment, so I can’t turn up my amp often. The sound quality on these are incredible, very happy with them at this value. My roommate has used these for his electric and he also loved them.

Much better than Beats. Which I found out are more about their marketing. These are studio headphones. Sit on your head, not on your ears. (unless you're an elephant) very good at blocking out sound. Felt ear cushions instead of Pleather. Closed back design. Long cord. Mini to 1/4" plug adapter. Need a good amount of signal to drive these. Not really meant for phone or laptop listening. Great for clarity, recording, voice level. You're not gonna find a better headphone in comparison for the price.
