got this to replace my cable that broke and for the price i'm happy with it

Works well but the lights on the dock don’t change colour

Ive been after a cable such as this for what seems like a lifetime! I have an old pair of astro headphones and the cable is damaged and cuts out if not inserted in a particular way. Ive ordered about 4 lots of audio cables and none have worked. Finally I have a great replacement lead that WORKS!Im not very technical but this cable has the four black bands which means mic support also works and has a plastic but good quality mute slider button on the wire for quick muting of mic while gaming.It does exactly what I needed a replacement headset cable to do! Sound quality is great and everything works as it should. Brilliant!

I have the A40TR with mix amp and this cable and this doesn’t mute it simply turns off one headphone when you “mute” the switch which is why others noticed the mix amp not turning red because the mic is still live.

broken within a month and is simply not 3.5mm to 3.5mm as its clearly one bigger than the other....

Terrible arrived late and broken

The cable works in the fact that it sends a signal but the mute doesn't work properly. I've not tried it with my mixamp yet but going by others it probably won't work with that either.
