I assume you are asking how long does the 1 ounce bottle of TNS Advanced+ Serum last. My wife uses the product twice daily on her face, neck, and upper chest. She says she uses two pumps twice daily, so four pumps per day, and the 1 ounce bottle will last about two months.

Q: How do I know if this product is legit and not expired or counterfeit

You don’t. Not from Amazon. I had to send it back (pump didn’t work), and 2 weeks later Amazon still hasn’t refunded my money or replaced it. The product is good, just don’t buy it from here.

Q: What happened to the red serum?

New formula. Gray container replaced with white container and contents changed too. Now the product inside has a clear stream and a white stream that you combine in your palm before you put it on your face.
