Gelrwat for neck pain. Helps with apnea
I can't sleep without this thing. It fits perfectly to support you neck at night and pairs well with a flat pillow for your head.As a sleep apnea side/stomach sleeper this thing really keeps my neck in alignment and helps my chin from falling to my neck.I originally bought this for neck and shoulder pain. It takes some adjustment to get used to it but those issues are seldom a problem since I started using this.I used this for years and recently bought a replacement due to the "pillow case" discoloration.

Zipper Gets In The Way
I am sorry to only give this knee pillow 3 stars but I found I couldn't use it as it was intended. Let me explain.I have knobby knees, I guess, because I always must use a regular sized pillow between my legs during sleep. Sleeping on my side, the pillow pads where my knees and ankles touch. I don't have fat or muscular legs so the pillow gives me a soft padding. When I saw this knee pillow for sale, and read the reviews, I got excited about it. It seemed like it would be a good solution as I have tried sleeping with a regular tubular bolster between my legs but the one I have is too thick.I thought having a bolster that was flat on one side would fix this problem of it being too thick to sleep with between my lower legs.Unfortunately, the slip cover (which is nice) that is removable and washable, has a zipper that protrudes on the flat side. I placed the knee pillow between my lower legs both ways, with the zipper facing up and down and trying to get it sideways but I kept feeling it and it is metal so I feared it would scrape my skin in my sleep.I don't know how they can fix this issue; perhaps putting the zipper on one end instead of along the flat portion? In any event, I am unable to use the knee pillow as a knee pillow, ha ha. BUT, I did discover a good use for it. I am an avid reader and I read in many positions: Seated in chair, propped up with pillows in bed, and also flat on my back. When I read flat on my back, I've found my pillows are too big or too saggy to hold my head in a comfortable position for reading in bed. Well, I tried using this Cushy Form knee pillow under my neck, atop of a flattish pillow, and it worked!I got good support for reading my book late at night in bed. I like to read like this for 20 minutes so I can just drift off to sleep. While I am not recommending this for knees, I do recommend it for your neck or head. It's nice and firm, but soft enough that it has give when you move. It's well made and nice to know I can wash the slip cover when I need to.

Big relief after surgery
Following hip replacement, my legs were hurting all over, my heels were irritated from rubbing against sheets and recliners, and I just couldn’t get comfortable. I looked at bolsters, and decided a half moon type was best for my needs, that putting it under my ankles should comfortably keep my feet and heels from rubbing the bed and recliners. I certainly wanted something soft, and easy to handle, and with a washable cover. This one looked like what I wanted, and it was reasonably priced. It arrived compressed, but fluffed up enough to quickly start using. It is soft and comfortable, and immediately provided some muscle pain relief, as well as relief from heel abrasions. It is exactly what I needed, and I have used it continuously since I got it. I’ve been using a small pillow under my knees, and may get a second bolster for my knees. This is truly an awesome bolster that has provided a lot of relief. I’m extremely happy with it.

4.5" and 5.1" Are Different Materials
Got the 5.1" for my husband. Love it so much, I wanted one, but being mich smaller, I ordered myself the 4.5". It's a completely different material. The pillow is 2 pieces glued together and firmer. The pillowcase is a completely different material that is no where near as soft. Messaged the company via the only means that I could find, Facebook. Never received a response.

Questionable quality, would not recommend
I purchased this pillow November 2020 and have used it consistently enough to now have a polished review. As you can see from the photos, the foam has yellowed considerably. Though I can’t say that it’s lost firmness, I can’t back the overall quality for the additional reasons below:- Pillow cover pills A LOT during use- The cover inside has strange white webbing of the fabric in some areas. Really really odd, I cut it off with scissors- If you have long hair, the strands WILL stick to the pillow cover, which becomes difficult to pull off due to the nature of the material. The hair somehow gets stuck in between the fibers AND into the foam (I suppose due to movement during use)- The yellow foam feels… icky (can’t think of another word) to touch whenever I have to remove the cover for wash. I hate touching it.*Product Feedback: The foam should have a second inner cover. For context, I am a female, fairly lightweight (<120 lbs), and purchased this to raise my knees during sleep. I have terrible back pain and have been trying to find solutions and the cause.Does/did this pillow eliminate my back pain? No. However, take my answer with a grain of salt as there could be a number of factors different for each person.I would not recommend this pillow. Double thumbs down.If you do purchase this pillow, just a reminder to lower your expectations. This is Amazon after all. Haha.
