A very good purchase, easy to install, but beware of splinters

Item looks impressive as expected form price. However, rusting takes place on the mesh within a few months. Very quickly becoming unusable.Customer support is very poor. I am an OAP, I just want this sorted so I can enjoy my hobby. All I was offered was a refund of £15, what good is that? Please fix the issue.Save yourself the hassle. Buy elsewhere.

This cage looks the part and is a nice size but is seriously overpriced. It's literally a shell. Putting it together was a nightmare as the parts didn't fit and we had to pay someone to adjust pieces. The wire is loose and not taut as needed meaning that everything you put on it, ie. feeders are wobbling around. The nest boxes are a completely different shape to the picture and there are no instructions. I should have sent it back but needed it urgently as I have recently taken on 6 extra canaries and 4 extra zebra finches from an elderly lady whose husband kept them, he had passed away and she couldn't manage them. Disappointed.😞

At this price, expectations weren't high for quality but we were pleasantly surprised. Nice presentation box and personalisation offered made this a great gift for a special occasion, or in this case, for cosplay events.For this price, I will be back for more, with different IDs, for different cosplay characters :)

The product was sold as durable yet when the instructions arrived it stated that it should be placed in a sheltered position away from exposure to weather. I live in Scotland. The internal section I was advised by pet shop would be unsuitable for winter use and he was reluctant to sell me budgies. Also about two days after delivery the item went on sale for nearly £100 less. However the company did reimburse me some money off which I have used to make adaptions. It does look nice, it is fairly sturdy as I've secured it to shed and added a roof to keep cats away and to add some shelter. I have used panels that were against the shed to extend the flight. So far I've not kept my birds outside overnight but once the modifications are complete I intend to keep them outdoors. Overall I am happy with the item. Actually because there are no safety doors fitted I lost a budgie flying out. Needs a lot of modification, hope I get my budgie back but lesson learnt.

DO NOT BUY THIS. THE WIRE MESH GOES RUSTY WITHIN THE FIRST YEAR. WASTE OF MONEY

We thought this would be suitable for our needs. But realised the wire, as put together, is far too thin, the wood is flimsy.We said with high winds that were due over the next day, it was doubtful it would stand a winter and pets would get free, It was being put together to go in a very sheltered area ( between a greenhouse and a very large shed, with six foot fencing on the third side. With a level concrete flooring.We got the bottom section put together. Went to put the top section on top as the plan said. To then discover that it wouldn’t sit on top correctly. One side was out by a few centimetres, so sat twisted. Took all apart again, built it up again, using the instructions, in case it was us not doing it right. It turned out the same.I said to husband to leave it until the weather was better. We thought it could be put all to ground level with a secured tarpaulin cover. Didn’t take photos, which I normally would and the security cameras don’t reach this area at the moment.My husband said with the bad weather forecast for the following days he was going to take it all apart again and put in the greenhouse. It was very frustrating the top didn’t fit the top. Couldn’t contact the company Friday evening for advice. Sent emails which were replied to Monday.Would have liked to have returned it , but unable to as we had opened it, put together as best we could, disassembled. We still had all the packaging, except for the polystyrene in the whole strips.So now we are stuck with this aviary that’s no good to us at all… but wouldn’t last any time at all. £340 wasted money.Don’t even think of buying it.We have since built a much better one from scratch cheaper too. I hoped this would be as good as it looks, but certainly not.
