Great Product at a great price,I am very impressed with the simple effective design and ease of installation. It works great ! And it costs much less than I expected to pay for a high quality durable flushing mechanism.

Product is good but o ring and hanging studds not found in box specially o ring is most important

Pros1) easy to install2) build quality okay3) finish is fair4) delivered in 3 days by vendor from GujaratCons1) Parts such as Screws, Rawl plugs, cistern rear plastic arrestors, drain pipe rubber washers (O ring) are shown in product pictures but missing in the box, as such pictures as well as description viz. "Package Contains full set of syphon kit accessories." both are misleading2) Neither does the product description state clearly what all items are included in the box, nor does the delivered package state what items are in it3) Rather than stating the weight of product and package box dimensions in the product description, state what is the height of syphon, diameter of drain pipe that fits tank bottom (in mm) that's what should be in specifications4) Had to eventually buy rubber gasket/washers, SS screws from local store, what good is a kit if a customer eventually has to visit local market to buy missing parts in person after buying complete kit?Overall feedbackA) to Seller: kindly focus on suggested areas to create a better customer experience,B) to Amazon kindly ensure to list products only if all product specs are in place with product dimensions.
