I have ordered this book set multiple times from this vendor because I liked the price. I am still waiting on the last two orders to deliver, they were made 35 days ago and counting.

Excellent books which are superbly researched. Hopefully everyone will read these.

The books in themselves are probably fine but just glancing through the recipes have complex ingredients you have to make in advance and some items just not available in my area so will probably not use.
