I bought this coconut water because I was dehydrated from drinking too much coffee. It is all neutral, with the electrolytes I need.I like the taste. I’ve learned that you need to refrigerate it after opening the bottle. My dehydration seems gone. I like the taste so much so I bought another box to stay hydrated.I’ve learned that if I drink too much I’ll have diarrhea. So I try to refrain myself from drinking too much.

I’ve been a fan of Vita Coco for a while! The taste is fresh and naturally sweet, and I especially love adding it to smoothies and oatmeal for an extra boost of flavor. It’s also a great value for the amount you get.A few of the cartons in my box arrived damaged/open (you can see that in the photo), but the seller quickly sent me a replacement, so it worked out fine in the end. Overall, this is one of my favorite brands of coconut water - tasty, portable, and affordable!
