Q: do figure fit into Trolley?

Yes. Trolley comes with a couple figures and they fit. I also bought another figure set that has all the other characters and those fit as well.

Q: How do you make it go by itself? I pushed the arrow button and it says "lets go" but nothing happens

Put it in "on" mode as others state. Push the button on the front that makes Trolley ding. Give Trolley a gentle but firm push forward (in the direction of the headlight, and down so that the rubber wheels grip the ground and start to roll) simultaneously with the button push and it will start driving on its own. Not intuitive at all, but it works!

Q: Is this one a lot larger than the non-deluxe version? The one that just includes Daniel and is half the price?

They are the same size. The included figures are just a bigger set.

Q: I just received my order for Daniel tigers trolly delux. It isn’t working. Should it have come with working batteries?

It should have working batteries, but mine did not work--even when pressing the 'Try Me' button. Instead of tearing into the package and putting new batteries in it, I sent it back for a replacement. The replacement did not work when it was delivered. I sent it back.
