Q: Any one know if this is a combination padlock with a key? If not, why the description has "Resettable" as its special feature? Thank you.

I don't know why it lists that as a feature but this padlock is Non-rekeyable and uses a 4-pin W1 cylinder (as it states in the description). I would generally trust the title, picture and description. Most people don't bother reading the description but I highly suggest it if there is any chance of confusion regarding what need to be bought. The last section called the product details section that lists single variable details is always changing, obtuse, often contradictory - it's also hard if not impossible for sellers to change details in that section so since this product has been around since 2004 maybe once 10 years ago it was "resettable" but probably not, it's probably just the word being used in a strange way.

Q: Silly question, but are the keys full sized keys like a house key? We need a lock for a treasure chest game at our school carnival.

Hello. The keys aren't quite as large as a house key, but standard size for a padlock. The cylinder for a door knob and padlock are typically sized similarly, so the key will be close.

Q: How much work would it take to cut through this with bolt cutters?

I lost the keys to this lock and easily cut it open with $18 bolt cutters from harbor freight.

Maybe I'm just dumb, but I was frustrated to find that the keys that come with these locks are not unique to the locks. After ordering two of these online, I went to the hardware store to pick up two more (thought I needed two, then realized I needed four for ABF Relocube). At the store, I noticed the ones they were selling used THE SAME KEYS. Huh? Not super secure knowing that someone could just buy one of these locks themselves and use the key to open mine! I honestly don't get it. If someone can explain this to me in the comments, I'll gladly update my review.

Lock works well but not secure.

I bought one of these locks several years ago and recently lost the keys. I got some bolt cutters from harbor freight for $18 and easily removed the old lock. After buying a new one, I tried the new keys on the old lock out of curiosity and they worked perfectly. This lock is easy to cut and can be opened by anyone who purchases the same lock. I would not recommend using this lock to secure anything you really care about. The only upside of this lock is that the mechanics of this lock work well and held up outside in the weather for several years until I lost my keys.
