Tough to say. These hose are made from a completely different type of material making it tough to put on a scale with everyday hosiery. The material seems thicker than usual but is NOT above snagging or runs from the slightest impact. I was not a fan of these if you have ready review on them. There are better constructed pantyhose that have the same look and feel as these, shop around.

Medium will work. I am 5'7" 160 and medium works for me

They fit snugly so I would try large as they will be comfortably tight.
